When we are offering specials and deals, these items sell quickly. If an item sells out rapidly, we will either email or telephone the customer and ask if they would like a refund or if they would like to have the item put on back order and wait until it becomes available again. Certain items are unable to be placed on back order because they have been either completely sold out or are no longer available at the sale price originally offered.

Shipping
We generally ship all items within 3-7 business days. Orders are processed in the order they are received. We process a substantial amount of orders on a weekly basis and appreciate the importance of your order. The buyer pays actual shipping costs plus a nominal $1.00 handling fee.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable for customers residing in Georgia.

We accept and prefer VISA and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal, and money orders.
Returns Policy

HeroesTactical.com wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, we are happy to exchange it or offer a refund for the purchase amount less shipping fees. In order to accept a return, the items being returned must be new, unworn, returned with all boxes, packing materials and tags intact. Boots worn outside can not be returned. There can be no soiling, sand, or scuff marks on the boot or it can not be restocked. Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. Shipping fees are never refundable. Any Danner, LaCrosse or Belleville boots returned with no exchange will be charged a 15% restocking fee which is deducted from your refund.
You must obtain a return authorization number from our customer service department prior to sending your item back to us. Please click here to generate a Return Authorization Request and state the reason for your return. Please note any size change requests if you are seeking an exchange. If you need a larger or smaller size, please state the exact size needed. We will issue you a return authorization number and give you return instructions. Some items such as boots are shipped direct from the manufacturer and will have different return addresses than items shipped from our central Georgia warehouse. Please do not return items without a valid Return Authorization.
The item must be returned within 30 days via a trackable shipping service to be eligible for return. If the item is returned damaged, the item will not be eligible for exchange or refund of the purchase amount, and you will be responsible for any shipping charges. Items returned beyond the 30 day limit can not be refunded. Thank you for your business. We appreciate it!
